Cancelling a booking

Open your booking with its reference and phone number and press Cancel booking. You will be asked to confirm. Cancellation is available online until the provider arrives.

Once a provider has been assigned, they may already be travelling to you, so the dispatch fee may be charged. You will not pay any service charge for work that has not started.

If no provider is available

If no eligible partner can take your request, the booking is marked "No provider available" and you are not charged. Anything you paid in advance is refunded in full.

If the partner cancels or cannot finish

If a partner cancels after accepting, or cannot complete the job, you are not charged the dispatch fee. You pay only for work actually completed and agreed with you.

Refunds

No payments are collected on this demonstration website, so there is nothing to refund yet. When payments go live, approved refunds will go back to the original payment method. We will show the expected timeline when a refund is approved.

Price and quality disputes

If the amount charged does not match the estimate you approved, or the work was not done properly, raise a request on the support page with your booking reference. We compare the charge with your approved estimate and the partner's records before deciding.
